A nice car for sure but unless I sell the house and live in a cardboard box it's out of my reach. If I am going to have an unrealistic dream its going to be a Lotus 47, or a Chevron B8

$23,000.00 U.S. is very reasonable ? This is an Escort with a Pinto engine. Why not just save yourself 20 grand and build up a Pinto or a Capri ? Makes a lot of Cortina's look very reasonable.

You really don't want that rear end to move around. Your brackets should outlive the body shell. The Anglia is looking great !
