Installing Capri top strut mounts should drop the front suspension by about an inch. They should bolt right in provided your not running the roller bearing type strut mount.

Yes they are the same bushings on the pitman arm as the idler arm. The ones on the pitman arm tend to wear out quicker than the idler ones. While apart, make sure the pitman and idler shaft is smooth. ...
