The info in my message is that you might be able to fit a Cortina 3 bell housing ...

A T9 5 speed box from a Sierra 1600 / 2000 OHC/Pinto will fit straight onto a Kent .
This T9 is in fact a 4 speed box with an overdrive .

175 tire on 4.5 wheels , in my opinion one needs a 5 inch wide wheel for that tire size .

Cortina MK1 struts are standard fitted to vertical , they should come a bit forward below . Makes it steer much better .

Besides the gearbox .. flywheel , clutch set , gearlever , pedal , maybe propshaft , gearbox bracket , take out starter blocking wiring .
Carb might have other setting but that won't matter ...
