I love the lines and grill of these older body cars, like a smaller version of the American made vehicles. You can't go wrong for a dollar can you?

Don't think it was made in Germany. Believe it's a Model Y 8hp Dagenham built. Nice.

I ran the plate. It said that it was first registered in May 1985 (which explains the SV part of the plate). So, it might have spent time in the fatherland before being re-imported. It also has not been licensed in the UK since 1995, when it was likely imported to the States.
