Looking for a bell housing to fit a four or five speed to a Zephyr 213E straight six motor. The 213E has the starter on the left side.
Thanks

Basically it was known as the Dagenham box (it was built in that town in England) but it was also used on early Falcons that had a 170 six in them. Check out this thread for more info.

OTOH, I am willing to bet that Pete will be along in a minute to offer you one. I also might be able to locate on in Vancouver if you get desperate.

He contacted me regarding a bell housing and gave him the same info.
So I suggested he contact this forum. The early Mustang, Falcon 6 bell housing has the starter located on the RH side instead of the LH side like the 206E / 213E. Though I don't have a spare.

Hi Zephyrgary,
I'm interested in any help if you have an idea of where to find a bell housing that might work. Hard to believe that it's so hard to find a Zephyr bell housing and I've contacted people all over the globe.... odd

I emailed my friend in Canada, a man well known on this forum Bill Grant, and a long time owner of all sorts of Zephyrs and Zodiacs. He currently has a nice Mk1 for sale and a MK2 Zody convertible for restoration. He has a bell housing and he gave me permission the give you his email addy. I will PM you (I hope) and suggest you put "Bellhouse" in the subject line.
Cheers,
Gary

I got a phone call from another guy in Canada today, Hoiew, who is a guy I bought my Mk Zodiac from. He may also have what you need. Here is his cell
604 852 0784. He might also have some Raymond Mays stuff.
