Where did this article come from? I expect that very few of the CKD 997 Prefects were 108Es as most of the markets that took these cars in CKD form were RHD drives countries (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc). Posssibly a few LHD CKD units could have been shipped to Holland or Sweden. But the cars we received in the USA and Canada were completly built-up units.
