I have a rebuilt 100E 9 tooth starter but you maybe able to rebuilt yours. This is the best source for 100E parts:

I get parts shipped from the UK all the time. As an overseas buyer you will not pay VAT which usually covers the shipping.
Also try Graeme at www.enford.com in NZ. Great guy, reasonable prices. As Pete said look locally. I found a store in Glendale AZ that has been rebuilding old car electricsm, sine 1954. Last time I went there his grand daughter took my order. Gotta love that.
Welcome
Gary

EnfoPrefect, thats right. It's Prefect just the way its is. It couldn't be more Prefect. The guy that I bought it from made a lot of mistakes in his ad description. He said it had been restored, which immediately conjures visions of bondo, but it is like new underneath. It was painted and the interior was redone. But I would have said, garage kept, dry climate, repainted, no rust ever instead. Also he said it had been converted the LHD. No. It's a 101. And "the horns are from a Rolls Royce". No. Stock Enfo.
