Rear axle pinion diff seal

Does anyone have an extra pinion diff seal, part#204e4676?
My seal was leaking badly on my Thames 400e van and I ordered one from the UK......took two weeks to get here, long story short I damaged it by not soaking it overnight in oil.
Is there a modern equivilent that does not use leather as a seal?

I found one at the local seal and bearing place.
Dichtomatik seal part number 168303TB-H works well.
