Weber 32 dfd rebuild

Post by WarpdSpazm »

So, it has be recommended that I rebuild the carb as a step to resolve some throttle issues. Does anyone have good links/info on doing such? This will be my first run at such a thing, so any advice is welcome.

It's easy. Just take your time and make sure you mark where parts come off. Most rebuild kits come with a diagram, so that should help. It might also help to take digital pictures to refer back to.

Thanks... I pulled it off the car yesterday and did some basic cleaning of the jets and bowl, etc...

I didn't have a rebuild kit, so just did simple stuff.. but that was enough to smooth out the idle and get rid of the stall issue i was having... she's running hella better now

Add in all the other things I did from plugs to drained/replaced fuel, oil and filters...
