im sorry for not getting on here more often guys been really busy lately the car stands roughly were it was on my last update it does have a new carpet in it and a few other odds and ends but unfortunatly its on a stand still till i have more time

no prob if ya need any other pics let me know and yea that woud be a neat setup and ive synced 4 cyclinder motorcycle carbs before and its almost worth buying a syncer setup you wouldnt believe the difference it makes when ya get them super close best of luck

i believe the belhousing is the same not a hundred percent on that and ill try and get some pics of the kick down linkage this weekend its probaly different than what would be on a 1600 being the carb is on the opposate side and a 2 bbl vs a 1 bbl

well i have a mk1 cortina with the 1500 and the auto trans wich is also the borg warner 35 i believe and i used it for a daily driver its not a bad tranny just they get old and the seals get hard wich is an issue with any auto thats got some age and what mine does is it wont back up when its cold on...

Michael on the filter cartridge i was able to buy a new one for my mrk 1 cortina straight from napa autoparts i had to provide the original ford part number for it though in order for them to find me one but it wasnt terably expensive it was only a few bucks. im not sure if you would be able to do i...

i plan on painting the heater box and wiper motor black i just ran out of time so itll have to wait till next summer but the blue also makes a nice base to put the black on

cortina trannsmission parts

hi im looking for some tranny parts for my 72 cortina and im having a hard time finding them i need a set of roller bearings for the countershaft inside and it seems no one has them any help would be greatly appreciated
