100E front anti roll bar

Has anyone here used a second sway bar (clamped to the stock bar) to help with the roll? Is it worth adding? Is it just a stock bar with the ends cut off?

I called Monroe tech support (silly me) ...they only know what is listed in their "catalog" and they had no listing for EnFo's . They do have a list of all of their struts, cartridges, and shocks with their basic dimensions. With a little research something might could be found but I suspe...

Thought I would post on this topic again...since it is approaching two years old. and I am now looking for strut inserts. Does anyone know if there are any front strut cartridges available in the USA that will work in the 100E front suspension without mods... or with minor mods? I know replacements ...

make sure the U joints are in line with each other...I have seen a reputable drive line shop get these out of alignment with inexperienced help.

sounds like you are familiar with the turbo muffler. Any idea if it is louder than the smithy's? I feel like I want it one notch above the stock muffler in loudness. (Cant handle loud anymore) I know V8 and 4 banger will be different in sound.
Lark ! cool...I bet the Smithy's did sound good on it!!

Langlia....I have Smithy's on my flathead V8 and to me, they sound great and like you said...not loud. I heard a couple of folks say don't run a 4 cyl on a flowmasters...they will be "buzzy" at highway speeds. My muffler shop recommended a "turbo muffler".....it may just be his r...

what muffler to use?

hi all, I am ready to have the exhaust installed and I am looking for ideas on which muffler to use. I know this is a loaded question,,but what would sound good, not be too loud, not drone at speed inside of the 300E, and not sound like the can on the back of a Civic? The engine is the 2.3 with a he...

all the gauges look great, your handy work makes it look like it belonged there from the beginning.
Your two level pick up in the gas tank is reminiscent of the pre '62 VW reserve gas lever handle I remember so well. (probably you too !!)

ahh thanks Brett, I noticed the tach...I never seen that before. At any rate, I am trying to figure out what to do about a speedo. I have a perfectly good speedo that measures the speed way off if connected to the T9 tranny and then the issue with custom cable....I know it can all be sorted out with...

That is how it seems to work...but when I first started messing with this thing, I thought it worked in the traditional fashion....pull out to first detent for park lights, second detent for headlights, the rotary motion I thought was for either dome light or dash lights but that did not make sense ...

this is for Brett, Didn't you post a pic of a GPS speedometer installed in the stock dash pod? I have been searching on both sites with no luck. Can you post a link?

headlight switch

hi all, I have a silly question I hate to even ask...for such a simple device, I am confused....how does the headlight switch work on the 100E? Does power go to post A? park lights to post S1? and headlights to S2? and to turn on the park lights, you rotate the knob clockwise? Then pull knob out for...
