1959 Ford Taunus 17M P2T

Nice example. I have a '60 and have some mechanical spares (engine, etc) that you might want. I don't need them anymore since my car has American running gear. I live in central Virginia, so not so long a drive.

It was good to actually meet Doug! I have spoken with him a few times on the phone, but never actually expected to see him in person. It was a good warm day for a show. Sorry that there were no "English" Fords at the show, but at least there was one "German" Ford there..... http:...

Virginia

Doug,

I live about 60-70 miles away in Bumpass, Va (yes that is an actual place). I don't know much about Amhurst - it is southwest of me and I usually run between Richmond and D.C.

Love the scenic breakdown shot - I have been in that exact same position with the Taunus, but not in a place as scenic.

When you are trying to keep the cost down (and from the wife), you...

There was one other German Ford to show up - a Capri. Pictures of the event, there were over 250 European cars at the show. http://www.enfostuff.com/forum/userpix/142_cog1_1.jpg http://www.enfostuff.com/forum/userpix/142_cog2_1.jpg http://www.enfostuff.com/forum/userpix/142_cog3_1.jpg http://www.enf...
