I also found some paint in a summit racing catalog $80 for a gallon, $20 for catalyst and 50 for the clear. I think that's pretty good.

I have been a member of the forum for around a year now and just decided to introduce myself. I am Alex and i live in Steinbach (Winnipeg), Manitoba, Canada. I am 16 and i own a 1970 Cortina. I got Tina a year ago on kijiji.ca and i have fallen in love with Brittish cars! my car doesnt run correctly...

Paint

I am planning on painting my car next summer and i was just curious if anyone had any recomendations on what kind of paint brand i should use. I am planning on painting it a metalic green and i just want a cheap paint that will last a long time. Can anyone help?

yeah my crack is huge its about an inch wide, i dont think i have much of a chance to save it but any suggestions are welcome

mk 2 cortina dashboard

is there any way i can possibly repare a major crack in the top of the dashboard? im not sure if its a good idea to use spray foam.
