Adding a sway bar
My Mk3 Cortina really dives into corners and when heavy on brakes. And while I do like the comfortable ride, Its chewing up my (maybe) too wide tires. Id like to add a sway bar, And Im sure I can do it, but Im just not sure what donor vehicle I can snag one from? Or does it really matter as long as ...

Strange Idle problem
My Cortina Mk3 2000 will idle at about 800 rpm, choke off, fully warmed up, and it will be real lumpy. If I hit the brake, the idle will smooth out and the rpm will rise to about 1200 rpm. It does this when cold too with the choke off. I know the booster is functioning. Could it be a vacuum leak bet...

Well look at that. There may be a future for funny Brit cars after all. And it's in the frozen North. Was driving on the freeway last friday, just before the 232nd street exit in Langley, and we passed this nice looking Mk2 Cortina GT http://i1083.photobucket.com/albums/j388/zecortinachild/707cb401.jpg A bit difficult to get a nice picture through the windsheild of the Jag, but I did alright I guess...
