Priced out a zetec conversion with using the 2000E box and I can get the parts for about £1200.. might l...

P&P around Vancouver

Any good recommendations for a port and polish around Vancouver out to the Fraser Valley?

What should a port and polish cost with a head skim.

Let's hope that's not the case, I've had various gearboxes in and out 4 times. I'm pretty good at it now though.

2000E Oil seal

Changed my oil seal today.. really had to fight to get the old one out. Installed an Anglia 105E one. As far as I see 2000E seals are compatible with the 105E per Burton's seal.. Had a really tough time getting the prop back in, had to give it a few whacks. Do these seals usually start out that tigh...

No no no, I'm young, the xflow is old. Can't tell you anything about the mechanical history of the motor, it's all a mystery. I pulled the dipstick and the oil ran out at a steady rate, Pulled the crank breather and it ceased. Might have a leaky rear main.. I see oil collecting on the bottom o...

Helper springs installed with perch on the coilovers, gets rid of any slack when the suspension droops.. Shifter installed again, took the car for a drive down the street. It rips now. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/922/xcZ76y.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/923/cl...

Drained about an extra 750mls of oil outta the motor. Dipstick now inbetween Min and Max.

Took guts out of crankcase breather, ran hose to ground. Will tie into catch can system soon.. Need a tee. At high revs with dipstick in hole no more oil shooting out. :)

I was reading they should be around the 150 Range, Getting a little oil coming out of the dipstick at the moment not sure if that's because I have too much oil or if the PCV Valve on the block is a little gunned ...
