emmodg....I used the wilwood 5/8" bore...Speedway part number 835 260 2636. The outlet threads are correct too. I had to remove the supplied pushrod and put the stock pushrod in its place. I used 5/8" because that was on the car and it is my understanding that the 5/8" is correct for ...

Speedway Motors also has them....its what I used..they carry 5/8" and 3/4" bore. works great.

I thought I would post my question here on this older thread.... Does anyone know if there are any strut cartridges available in the USA that will work in the 100E front suspension? I know replacements are available in the UK, but if something here in the USA will work, then $$$ can be saved on ship...

you guys in England sure have a lot more choices...with all your escorts, cortinas, and capris that are available. I rarely see a Capri or Cortina any more. I have never seen any Escorts made after the 100e !! (except for the 90's front wheel drive Escorts we have over here) Keep the feedback coming...

Hey Bret thanks for the reply...The stock wheels have bolt circle 4 x 5.5...quite large bolt pattern!! I am running 175-75 R13 tires now with some bulging of the tires because of the skinny rims...but it looks ok.
