Hello everyone, my name is Jeff.
I am the new owner of a 1937 English Ford Model Y- Tudor. My father purchased this car in the late 70's and started to rebuild it in the early 80's...sadly the car was torn apart and he lost interest in the project--divorce, I grew up, etc. The car in general is/was in fairly good condition; it even ran when he originally purchased it from a little old lady who had it in a barn. He recently purchased a '35 Chevy and I talked him into letting me revive the '37 Ford project we started when I was a kid...he ended up just giving me the car and everything he acquired for the build up, i.e. Jag rearend, Capri 2600cc engine, etc.
I joined the site to educate myself and network with Model Y owners abroad and in the US, particularly the Pacific Northwest.
I also currently own two Ford Lightning trucks, '95 and '03, both of which run mid 12's.
Thanks for having me and I look forward to meeting some of you at a few meets/shows.
Jeff
