No photos of the trunk, the underside, that rear axle and the engine area etc...and the price IS high.

I've driven one that a gal owned in the mid-80's with a 1600 Pinto engine. It feels tail heavy speeding on curves. Don't know if any were ever used as race cars.

That's one I didn't know of.I used to keep track of serial numbers on these.
I had two,& sold one to a guy who lives in the Denver area also.
'62's came with a three main 1340 cc engine,which ran fairly rough.'63's had
the 1500 Cortina engine (there was also a Capri GT).
And yes,that's a crazy price.
