Very nice. The GXL was quite an aspirational vehicle back in the day. I know I craved one.

I remember those beautiful days I lived in Trinidad . Nothing but English ford use to be on the streets. The cortina was my dad evryday car he used to work taxi with his cortina. It was blue and really nice. Good looking cars there man..

Very nice, I remember my dad's new Mk3 with affection as he let me have a hand in its specification. Never saw another one the same either. I like the rear window accessory on the GXL, a friend has just bought a one owner Mk2 Escort that has one of those.
