Milage

Post by DonG »

I have a 100E and have seen many of them over the past 35 years in NH and NY and New England but I have never seen a 105E in person. Did they only export to the west coast? I would love to check one out! A guy in my same town owns a 1948 Anglia which he made into a beauty of a hot rod. But never saw a 105E, not even in junkyards.
:(
Over the Rainbow you will find an Anglia!

Thats pretty low milage if accurate, tell me, were you really doing 70 MPH when you took the picture? Glad to see she running well, I used to have a 66 Anglia Super.

Here she is. I have all the original paperwork. It was bought in Hackensack (sp) New Jersey. It is all original, even the paint work. Yup, it does have only 20K miles, and I was bombing down the San Diego freeways at 70mph (lol, took a while to get up to that speed, and yes there was a downhill part involved!!)... ImageImage

Indeed she is a beauty. Wow it's hard to believe that she was here in the east coast at one point of here life. Only 1/2 hr from my home. If she would had lived here maybe she mite have been a rust bucket with all that salt they have here in the winter. No wonder i haven't found one to buy, they have all gone to the west coast :)
