A rare photo of an E83W at work in North America. Its from the Winter 2006 'check it out', the publication of the Vancouver Public Library. Pictured is an E83W Thames van owned by the library in front of the Collingwood Branch (Kingsway at Rupert St.) in 1952. Both the van and the Branch were almost new at the time.
