Desert Anglia

Post by Brett Wilkie »

This is a neat find (for me anyways) We are currently vacationing in the Southern California Desert so I went or a drive to see this Anglia that I have been hearing about for years. It is nothing special but it is a neat bit of yard art that I wanted to photograph, here it is about an hour North of the Mexican border.

So you’re going to tow it home and finish it off obviously.......

I was looking at it thinking that there are some good bits on it, I really liked the condition of the headlight doors. I realize though that the owner has fixed it up over the years so taking parts off of it would be a bad thing. Here is a photo of it that was sent to me years ago so you can see that has improved a little aside from the tires.

Yes, another dune buggy for sure. Great for the sand but strange to see on the street.
