^^^^^ that's a lovely collection! Sorry to hear about the Corsair's misadventures. Hopefully you have a spare rear window!

Wow, sorry to see the shattered back window, hope a replacement is not too hard to find. Regarding my Prefect, it is true that it is now gone, I just don't have the time to work on the project cars as well as maintaining my other daily drivers. The Prefect was starting to rust a bit and I had robbed so many parts from her that it was better that I just dismantle it, there is no market here on the Sunshine Coast for a car like this so I bet that I wouldn't even be able to give it away? I do enjoy having just two cars in the garage so I can move them aside in the event that I have to do some maintenance on one of my other cars. Here are a few pictures of my Prefect's finale hours.

It's always hard to see one go. I had to chop up 2 old Audis, so I could use some bits for a restoration and gave as much away as possible...but the shells were just worthless.
Your shop and backyard view are lovely.

Hey, Kiwi Cortina. The dark red MK2 with patina, did you happen to pick that up in western Colorado? It looks familiar.

Love your Zephyr. Unusual to see a two-tone like that. Also rare to see a "highline" survivor. Thanks for posting.

Thank you! The original color was a jade/emerald color green, I'm not sure of the factory color code. The 2-tone red paint was done sometime prior to '76 which is the earliest maintenance logs I have record of.
It's driving smoothly but for now it's in the garage due to a heck of a bunch of snow we've been getting. Took the time yesterday to clean & group hoses a little better than they were, and then an hour or two to fix the horn(glad I found out when I wasn't needing it!) which required 2 people to feed/"thread the needle" the wire down through the steering column, that took longer than it sounds, and crafting a new spring to fit the horn ring assembly. Works like a charm now.
