I am rebuilding the suspension on my Cortina mk1 and am trying to track down reasonably priced suspension bushings in the US, especially for the steering linkages.

Anyone have any suggestions. I am hoping to do one stop shopping and get it all at one place...

Thanks,

Bryan

I'm going to be honest, this really makes me appreciate Rock Auto! Never thought to look there!

That's for pointing this out to me!

Bummer, went to buy these........went to go select the shipping and BAM, lowest cost to ship.......$45! These ship from England, bummer.

So, still looking for a US source so I don't pay $45 to ship a few little rubber parts! Costs end up being silly that way....come on, someone has to have a secret spot!

I've got Capri bushings from them, took a while, but I don't remember the shipping being extreme...

You'll need to call...

Another one may be Quickor, I've heard rumors they're still operating...

Glen Rissberger(sp?) developed the suspension bushings/sway bars for Richard O Kaiser tuned Capris
way back in the mid 70s, also known as Rokstock Capris... Last time I saw Glen was maybe 4 years ago
at one of the swap meets, might have been Monroe...

I talked to Glen yesterday, He no longer has any stock for the Capri, or any other Euro Fords...

Thanks for the tips, looks like I will just go to the UK for these parts as I can get it all from one spot. I'll end up paying.....but at least i'll get them!
