Euro Ford Mechanic in Ottawa?

I received this message from a friend recently. Anybody have any ideas?
Perchance do you know of any Euro Ford specialist mechanics in the province of Ontario? Anyone that club members talk about? I know a guy with a Mk II Capri trapped in Croatia, he's in Ottawa now, and I'm trying to convince him to get his car over so he can enjoy it.
Ideas?
