New Zealand Trip

Post by angliagt »

My Wife & I are thinking about going to NZ,
for our 35th anniversary (May 27) later this year.We
had planned on going for our 25th,but Family problems
cancelled our plans.
Any ideas/suggestions?I also had the weird thought
of buying a car (Escort?) there,& shipping it back.

Gary,

I agree - but after looking at the cost of fights,
I don't think that I can do it.
We have about $2,200 put away.

I wanted to fly home over the christmas break and it was $8500 for air tickets for the 3 of us. A mk1 Escort would be cool to see over here or even a mk2 BDA escort,

So how much would it cost to ship a car from New Zealand to the USA if the air fare is that expensive. Just curious. Gregory
