That's the going price for just a unmodified standard 105E. This is one of the only practical classics that can be modified or updated, increasing the value.

I'm still amazed at the prices on these.
I'm thinking about selling our '60 105E,& buying one that's
already done,although I'm not sure what I could gert for ours.
I've sanded most of the body down to bare metal,but the interior is in really nice,original shape,other than the seats.

You also have to remember that those are European prices and Not the Value in the USA or Canada. The cost to ship a car to Europe can be several grand (open) and then the import tax is very high, if I remember correctly 30%. It all comes down to supply and demand. US demand is low and supply so so. Europe demand is higher and supply of good cars is low.
