Editing my profile

I would like to add my location to my profile, but I don't see the "edit profile"

I did that but there is no option shown for adding or changing anything.
Same as when I hit "profile" at the top of the page where it says FAQ, Search etc.

I believe if you click Profile at the very top of the page, you can edit your info.

I was trying to get my location to show up in the "Author" column.
I can add it to my profile, but it doesn't stay there.
