They're new (NOS),& made of brass.
Anyone know what they fit?

They look like the spacers that fit on the MK1 GT stick shift to gear change rod
They were actually made of nylon. These are brass made replicas which are more durable. Give me the dimensions and i'll match them with the nylon one i have to be sure,

The outside diameter is 12/16", and the
inside diameter is 5/16".

That's about right. Nylon washer with step measures: 1/16" thick. O.D. 3/4". I.D. 11/32". Brass are better. Used on the MK1 GT, Lotus.
