my new purchase

Post by oldnosname »

took delivery of this mk 1 zephyr on Saturday , sunburned to death but not a spec of rot on the outside , driver side front floorpan needs a little attention , rest of it is remarkably sound , its on. the button but not quite ready for a San Francisco to LA run quite yet , will be looking in Blighty for a good steering and horn ring plus. some brake parts and then were ready to start driving .

Nice, I have a soft spot for these cars and no rot is a bonus.

Not many people know this but if you ordered the spot lights from the factory the bonnet signs of "Ford" and "Zodiac" were mounted higher up so they weren't hidden.
