Hey one more Cortina Estate question

Can anyone tell me if the rear doors on the wagon are the same as the rear doors on the 4 door? That way the windows and window rubbers would be the same..

Mark,
I looked in my factory parts manual,& they show
2 different numbers for 4door/estate.I woulds say "No".

Darn, I guess that would just be too easy..
Do you mind looking again and seeing if you can confirm that the vent window rubber channel is different.. It might be some other aspect of the rear doors that are different.
That would help me a lot..

Regarding the rear doors on cortinas,you should check out Mike's latest file in the Events section.There are 2 pics,taken from the side,of a mk2 sedan and station wagon.It does appear to show that the wagon door is a straight line along the top,whereas the sedan door tapers off toward the rear,by the quarterlight.I did not realise they were different.Live and learn.

Hey good news.. The glass shop was able to figure out nicely what would work and the windows are in.. Now we are just waiting for the new windshield and the car is done!! Yahoo!!
