68' Cortina MKII w/factory air

Has anyone ever seen or heard of a MKII Cortina with factory air ? It's on E-Bay right now , there's a picture of the ID tag , under trim it says spcl ? Is this thing rare , or what ?

I believe Air Condtioners were a Ford Dealership installed option for the 68-70 Cortina. I've seen a few Deluxe Cortina MK2 only with A/C installed under the dash and one unit under the self tray on an Automatic. These may have been generic or universal units fitted to the Mustang/Falcon/Comet 6cyl. engines.
