3 Point (shoulder) seat belts in an Anglia 105E?

My original plastic front lap belt handles are disintegrating. It might be a good time to upgrade to shoulder belts. Has anyone done this, and what method did you use to attach to the B-pillar?

When I had my 105e I used stock Cortina 3 point belts, for the top mount I drilled not into the b pillar but into the panel just under and a little back from it. I installed it there with a large washer behind to spread the load and it worked quite well.
