I see you can get replacement ball joints. I took mine apart and found the thing full of sludge. After I cleaned them out, the interior of the joint has a lot of rust pits etc. The question is that when you get a new joint, the ball is covered with a cup. Is that cup supposed to slide on the housing of the joint or be stationary? Has anyone tried rebuilding TCA and what kind of luck did you have.
Also alternative part number for the ARB bushings, TCA inner and outer bushings would be nice.

105E TCA rebuilding
Cups should stay stationary only the ball stud moves.
Kits are available from Graeme White from EnFord Spares for NZ$45 ( in 2004 ) P/N 204E-3078-RK. mail@enford.co.nz

Rebuilt TCA

Components from Ebay UK. The dust boot is from Energy Suspension. Probably fnot the best, but much better than before
New inner bushings are comming as well ARB bracket bushings. Was thinking about modifying the outer TCA bushing hole to accept a Bushing from Energy Suspension. Probably not worth the time and effort
But the the store bought bushings from Miltons or Old Fords are expensive.
