locked on rear brakes

can you all please give me some tips on freeing locked on rear brakes on my 105e anglia ive had it stored in the garage no handbrake on but the brakes still locked on plenty of brake fluid in res will wd 40 help ?

If it will move, wind the square brake adjuster peg in two clicks (half a turn), then back again. Otherwise, take the wheels off and hit the drums with a hammer; the vibration will cause the shoes the move away from them.

Once free, you need to find which part is seized, handbrake linkage or cylinders. Free of the linkage but replace if it's the cylinders. DO NOT get WD40 into the fluid side of the cylinders as it will destroy the seals throughout the entire system.
