1968 crossflow rotor/cap

Where can I get the proper rotor and cap for a 1968 crossflow Cortina with a Fomoco distributor.

Can anyone provide the correct parts numbers?

I have EP50 and WDC176 for cap parts numbers and DORY 12200B for Forn P/N rotor.
