Where can I purchase new bulb holders for a Cortina MK2 rear lights?

I have some in good condition. The Cortina MK2 came with two types of T/L sockets. Can you include a picture ?

I was able to use "Ford/GM" replacement bulb holders for the double wire/contact bulb holders. They were at NAPA for 3 dollars each. At first it appeared they did not fit although they appear identical. After close inspection I found that if you bend outward the small "center tab" in the main prongs the holder will fit. On the original there are no central tabs in the prongs they are cut out entirely. I used the contact replacement kits also at NAPA to repair the single wire bulb holders. One original single wire bulb holder worked so I kept it as is. They did not have a single wire replacement holder at NAPA.

I have attached a photo of the original bulb holder.
