105E - Discs on Stock Struts

Post by Langlia »

I see Milton had a kit.. requires sourcing calipers as well.

Whats my budget domestic option for doing this conversion using my stock struts?

Can I just get Discs, hubs and calipers, make brackets and slap them on the stock spindle? (Obviously not that simple but you get my point)

Making the bracket is not the problem. It's finding a disc and caliper set that would fit the 105E spindle. ( Cortina discs / calipers won't work ). Milton is your best bet. The kit is 188 pds without the calipers. You would need to find Escort MK3/4 or Nissan Micra calipers. Nissan Sentra cailpers maybe the same but not sure. You can goggle and find out what's interchangeable.
