Clutch alignment tool - 100e

Post by PWilson45 »

I can't find a link sting for a clutch alignment tool for my 100e Escort.
Is there a suitable substitute? MG? Triumph?
Thanks

As far as i know there is no comparable align tool. If you have access to a lathe make one out of wood.
I have a new 100E main drive you can buy or borrow. $50 plus $8 shipping in the U.S. I will refund the $50 only.Image

It is unfortunate that I just recycled 4 100e transmissions in the last month, If I find some spare bits I will let you know. A wooden one is a good idea though if you get the dimensions correct.

Beware #49 is not a general clutch align tool for those EnFos they listed.

100E / 105E: input 10 spline diameter: 7/8" pilot input: 11/16"

206E: ( 10 )1" and 11/16"

after '66 113E / 116E / 1600: ( 20 ) 7/8" and 19/32"

Hopefully they are sending the one for the 100E / 105E. plus the correct spline # for the 100E.
