Looking For English Ford Parts

Post by Elan »

There has to be more than Kip's in Texas. Some parts are interchangeable so even some good British car parts places would help.

I would use Kips as a last resort as they are very expensive, over the years I have bought a ton of stuff off Ebay but the deals seemed more plentiful back when I was buying. I have also had good experiences using these two places in the U.K. What sort of parts are you looking for?

I need a full carb rebuild kit and a front strut/shock to begin with, but I want to get spares to have on hand for all the other usual stuff like, master cylinder kits, brake parts, ignition, etc. Kip's lacks a lot of parts and needs cores or having to send your part to be redone, and your right about the prices. Maybe it would be better to pay the shipping from UK. I imagine the starter and Carb and things were used on other makes so I've been looking for other British parts sellers too. Thanks

And if you ever need brakes go to Powertrack UK they are excellent and manufacture everything them selves. I learned the hard way, more than once I'm a bit slow that way, that re-rubbering cylinders and masters with dodgy rubbers is a waste of time. Get new and do it right and do it once is now my Mantra.

Thanks. I just found your post in my spam with some others from Enfostuff. AOL sucks.
