I preferred it when they were Lotus Cortinas, not Lotus Cortina by Ford and certainly not Ford Lotus Cortina

And calling that station wagon a Lotus is just plain daft, regardless of how many lotus bits are on it.

Rant over...for now. :D

As I noted elsewhere, the "1967" rally car is clearly pre-airflow so how can it be a 67?

I should by the 'suspect' ones - the wagon being the most obvious non Lotus and then sue Sothebys for misrepresenting the cars.

The settlement should pay for the cars plus a nice vacation. :D
