Hey all,

I just noticed on my MK1 GT that the driver side rear spring has some saggosis goin' on, is there a way to correct it rather than replace? If I have to replace, where can I obtain one? Also, are there any upgrades and where to find?
Thanks all you EnFoers!

Steve,

Check the shocks first to be sure they are operating evenly. A worn rear shock can cause the suspension to tilt to one side and also worn shackle bushings.

High mileage leaf springs can be reproduced at a suspension shop.

Pete thanks for the chime in. I thought that was the protocol checking it. Also, its good information about the leaf that can be reproduced as I was told it couldn't.
Pete if you can send me your phone # in a PM as I'm need some parts to purchase if you have them.
Thanks my friend,
Steve

Steve,

Good talking to you yesterday.

Kip can redo your top mounts in urethane for $175 ea. Check the bearing races to be sure they are still good before sending them.
