Has anyone had experience with putting a Zetec into a MK2 Cortina? Future project maybe.

I think that is a great choice for a modern day, reliable, "Twin Cam Cortina" I thought about doing that on my 100e before I decided to go "Old School". I don't have the info at my finger tips just now but I do know that it is all out there, have fun with the project.

It's a conversion often made to the 105E Anglia on
www.105speed.com, so it's worth a look on there. There are stock parts available to allow it. It should be easier with a Cortina in view of the greater space available, depending on the sump relative to the crossmember's position.

There is a guy here in Olympia that did this to a Mk II Cortina race car (Malcolm Muir's former car). He said that he bought his part from the UK, but had unexpected difficulties due to the LHD vs RHD issue.
