pedal pad ID

Was this pedal pad sourced from an early English Ford? I am trying to locate a pair for a TVR restoration. The later TVR's used the small Triumph pads which are readily available. In comparison these are enormous.

Each pad measures 5 1/2 Inches by 1 1/2 inches.
