Don't bolt the frontwings to the innerwings .
The frontwings suport the innerwings , in fact the innerwings are quite weak , the heavy duty innerwings are much stronger .
If you insist on bolting them i advise to strengthen the innerwings like they do on rally Escort MK1 and 2's .
Heavy duty innerwings where standard on GT an E 's in our country but might be on all models in other country's .

I have been driving past this for the last 15 years on my way to work and approached the owner many times wanting to know if he would be willing to sell it to me. Saturday it had a for sale sign in the window that his wife had posted while he was at work.

So now I need estate parts. Rear right hand door and rear door.

The car looks to be pretty solid aside from the obvious damage. Do you think when the sellers husband comes home from work he will be looking for his Wagon??

I might be able to help you with the door.
I also have a set of rear taillight lenses.

Got the GT back from the painter last night. Time to assemble and make the show in Dixon in May.

It looks like you are in the final stages of completion. Adding the side parking lights from a '68 gives a bit more flare to the front. Hopefully i'll see you at the B.C. show in Dixon. Pete
